Eugene A. Bertorelli*, CPA, has more than forty-five years of experience in public accounting in audit and tax engagements with numerous industry sectors, including agriculture, construction, financial services and securities. He has had considerable experience in the sale/merger of businesses as well as the transfer of family businesses to the next generation. Graduating from the University of San Francisco in 1953, he taught accounting and taxation there for twenty-two years. He has served on the board of directors of various organizations including the California Society of CPAs, Museo Italo-Americano and UNICO. He has served as executor and conservator of estates and is the trustee for several clients. In addition to California, he is licensed in New York, Georgia, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts and Washington, DC. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and California Society of CPAs.

Jamshed B. Gandi*, CPA, CFP, CVA, MS (Tax), has over thirty years of experience in assisting individuals and businesses with their financial needs. His experience covers real estate syndications, property management and construction. A significant amount of his services are related to estate & retirement planning, wealth preservation and business valuation services. He has also worked with several businesses in their start up phase. Gaining honors status from the University of Karachi, Pakistan and an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University, Jamshed is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the California Society of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a regular speaker on taxation. He is also past President of the South Asia Professionals Club of San Francisco. Currently Jamshed is serving on the Board of the San Francisco Chapter of the California Society of CPAs as its President. He remains an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley. He serves as the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Chair for the World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce, and was a past Director of the Ohloff Recovery Programs headquartered in San Francisco.

Daniel W. Won*, CPA, MBA, has over twenty-five years experience in public accounting, working primarily with businesses and in international tax planning. He holds an MBA degree from California State University East Bay, has served as an adjunct professor for the University of California at Berkeley and is an alumni of Price Waterhouse. Daniel covers both audit and tax engagements in a broad range of industries, with particular emphasis on hedge funds and related entities, on which he consults in all aspects from formation and operations to regulation and dissolution. His specialized experience also includes services to U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese companies, as well as to estates, trusts, and private foundations. Daniel is responsible for the firm's accounting and audit practice. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the California Society of CPAs,and numerous technical committees of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Daniel's outside activities include teaching for the Red Cross, working with leukemia organizations, and practicing martial arts.

Rajiv Behti*, CPA, MS (Tax), has over twenty years of public accounting experience in attestation and tax engagements. His breadth of experience covers businesses in agriculture, inter-modal trucking, commercial printing, telecom equipment and pharmacy benefit management. His practice area also includes estate planning, retirement planning and asset protection planning. Rajiv is a frequent speaker on tax topics at various forums and serves as the trustee for several clients. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.

Key Professionals

Allan P. London, has thirty-four years of experience in accounting and management advisory services primarily in high technology, manufacturing and financial services. Allan graduated from the University of Colorado in 1970 and holds a BS and a BA degree in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. He has extensive experience in business development, EDP systems design and implementation and financial analysis including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and litigation support. In addition, he provides accounting and system support to venture capital, hedge fund managers and the brokerage community. Allan has lectured at various university and business forums on topics ranging from cash flow management, computer modeling and data mining techniques.

Ken Choi, CPA, has seventeen years of experience in tax preparation, consulting, and financial analysis. Ken has worked extensively in real estate, construction, financial services, manufacturing and retail segments.

Massimiliano De Simoni, has more than ten years of experience in branding and repositioning, strategic marketing, partnerships and alliances, planning, analysis, business development, international tax law, expansion plans, contract negotiations, international joint ventures, budgeting, and project management. Max is a member of the NIAF and the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. He is also a consultant for the Italian General Consulate and the Italian Trade Commission. Max covers a broad range of industries including: fashion, furniture, food, travel and Internet. He is a graduate of Ca' Foscari University, Venice (Italy) and is a member of the Italian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Max is also VP for Piattaforma Italia (Federazione Internazionale delle Imprese Italiane).
